Gruppo Manifatture Italiane has adopted its own Code of Ethics, which provides that all the activities of the companies of the Group must be carried out in compliance with the law, according to the principles of reliability, professionalism, integrity, honesty, fairness and transparency, as well as respecting the interests of its own external stakeholders. These principles are the foundation of the Company’s uncompromising commitment to ethical conduct, aimed at maintaining a well-earned and recognised reputation.
The Code of Ethics of Gruppo Manifatture Italiane is the ethical instrument that aims to formalise the principles and standards of conduct in place in the Group, creating the conditions for the correct application of company policies and the Internal Control System.
Finally, the Code of Ethics is an integral element of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01 adopted by each of the Group’s companies.
